Show us a picture of you from childhood.

Why stop at just one I say.

Here I am with my mum – damn I wish I had those sunnies now

the young family – I'm the youngest

A few years on – Nan and Papa bought those shirts back from their trip I think

We spent every christmas holiday at the beach. My father missed the sea. When he lived in Guernsey he was surrounded by it. When he moved to Australia he was miles away from it. So we always went to the beach once a year for a holiday.

And here I am with my sisters

oh, and here I am with our dog Portia. Strange sort of farm dog but Dad wanted a doberman so we had one. She was lovely. Pretty spolit. I look like I have some kind of stumpy leg problem here. Must be the pants.

yes we're looking pretty good in these shots – Mum musn't have given us one of her home haircuts for a while. She thought she specialised in fringes. Short ones.

  5. Waterbaby Says:

My mother too specialized in fringes. Blatantly uneven ones.

I love it. It's funny how in the one with just you and the surf thing, you look just the same. Maybe without that excited of an expression, though. 🙂

  7. cat Says:

yes, I don't get to play in puddles much these days – emjay looks the same as well, or maybe its that she looks like her son

  8. ^ emjay?? i like her vox as well… is she your sister?!

  9. cat Says:
